Full Job Description

Executive Assistant to Financial Advisor

Confidential Financial Services – Grapevine, TX

Money Management firm located in Grapevine, TX has immediate opening for full or part-time top-notch executive assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for the individual who has great customer service and organizational skills and enjoys working in a small office environment.

This individual will support a successful producer, handling daily administrative duties and interacting with clients and staff.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining helping develop prospects relationships, providing account and market information to clients, performing service transactions for clients and maintaining files and preparing correspondence and documents for both advisor and clients.

This individual will also be responsible for coordinating with operations staff through research and resolve client inquiries.

Job Requirements:

* At least two years of front facing client relationship management

* At least two years of FINANCIAL SERVICES experience. LPL Financial experience preferred

* Series 7 and 63 Preferred

* Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Knowledge of investment securities, insurance, trusts, bank products, and/ or financial planning

* Ability to interact effectively with co-workers, clients, and management

* Strong analytical skills

* Ability to be extremely detailed oriented and highly organized

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* FINRA compliance experience helpful

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
