Automotive Title Clerk / MVR Clerk – Miracle Toyota

Miracle Toyota is currently looking to hire a motivated and professional individual to join our team as an Automotive Title Clerk / MRV Clerk. Automotive Dealership Title Clerk experience is REQUIRED. Qualified applicants MUST be DETAIL ORIENTED with the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced work environment. We are offering competitive pay and a full benefits package to the right individual.

Job Duties:

Process documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed.

Process all payoffs, registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, all license plate issuing and transfers and obtain all dealer titles.

Send bills, contracts, warranties and service contracts to the appropriate agency, such as the department of motor vehicles.

Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms. Additionally, vehicle title clerks may check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices.

Maintain a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle.

Maintain titles and MSO’s for inventory.

Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV.

Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.

Post deals into accounting.

Process other office paperwork as assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements

Dealership Title Clerk / Office experience is required

Previous Florida MVR experience is a Plus

Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done and meet various deadlines

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Strong Attention to Detail

Ability to mulit-task
