Bilingual Office Administrator / HR Support

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive — Based on Experience
Location: Multiple Locations / Travel Required

About the Position

We are looking for a Bilingual Office Administrator / HR Support professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support our day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with employees, clients, and management. This position will work closely with our head office and provide administrative and location-based support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with employees and staff at various company locations.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office responsibilities.
Provide administrative and operational support to the head office.
Assist with location-based task management and follow-up.
Maintain professional communication with employees, clients, and company management.
Manage and maintain positive client relationships.
Help address employee and client questions or concerns.
Coordinate information between field locations and the head office.
Travel to other company locations when needed.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative files.
Assist with general HR-related administrative duties as assigned.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed.

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish — REQUIRED.
1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative, HR, staffing, or office support role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Comfortable communicating with employees, clients, and management.
Ability and willingness to travel to other locations when needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle preferred.
Proficiency with basic computer and office applications.
