Recruiting Manager – Bingham Farms, Michigan.

With steady growth and an infrastructure designed to support continuous growth we are looking to add a dynamic leader to head our recruiting department.

Ideally the person applying for this position would bring strong IT industry experience, strong organizational skills, 7 – 10 years of hands-on Recruiting Team leadership and managing.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Oversee all hiring, training and mentoring of recruiting resources.
Measure performance.
Implement best practices.
Evaluate new techniques and technologies to help improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with Sales team to pinpoint client needs and identify best fits for open positions quickly.
Work with senior management to effectively track performance and make recommendations that help the company achieve corporate hiring goals.
Provide support to Account teams that will help land new accounts and service existing accounts.
Participate in staff meetings; report order activity, placements vs goal, trends in order volume, and challenges.
Perform general administrative duties.
Work with HR to refine candidate on-boarding and off-boarding best practices, documents and auditing.
Implement and manage the effective use of our ATS.
Evaluate potential business partners that can positively impact on our placement goals.
Provide HR with the support they need to complete the candidate on-boarding process, i.e. help by providing needed background and drug screen testing paperwork / documentation.
Put measures in place to evaluate workload, adjust team size to meet goals.
And other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
