Full Job Description

Job Summary:

(In-Office position)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and proofreading skills and be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping duties with a focus on accurately entering vendor invoices.
Review weekly expenses for completeness and consistency and follow up on any discrepancies.
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for accounting functions.
Update internal forms daily for billing purposes, working with other team members as needed.
Proofread and verify the accuracy of financial documents and records as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial records.
Support other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a small business environment.
Prioritizing daily work and able to pivot when new or additional priorities arise.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Complete waivers, COI’s and W-9’s and Vendor applications as needed.
Connecteam or similar time tracking software a plus.
AI experience a plus.
Field incoming calls as part of the team.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
