Full Job Description

Carr Law Firm P.L.C. is a general practice law firm looking to hire a Receptionist for our Des Moines, Iowa office. Our attorneys represent clients in state and federal court in the areas of criminal, family and juvenile law. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and efficient individual with excellent problem-solving skills who has had experience with customer service and bookkeeping.

Receptionist Job Duties:

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, clerks, court attendants, police officers, health and mental health professionals, and clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Draft correspondence and internal office communications.
Use excel and word for tracking and communication.
Manage time efficiently and self-start projects to meet all deadlines in an environment where priorities and tasks can change rapidly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
