Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented Brake Press Operator to become a key member of our manufacturing crew. In this position, you will be responsible for configuring and running sheet metal machinery, interpreting technical blueprints, and upholding rigorous quality standards within our busy production facility.

Core Duties

Configure and manage the operation of press brake machinery.
Analyze and translate complex engineering diagrams and blueprints.
Execute machine configurations, swap out tooling, and select appropriate programs.
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of all raw materials to prevent workplace accidents.
Examine finished components to verify they align with our strict quality benchmarks.
Perform routine machine upkeep while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
Help the team achieve daily production targets and meet critical project timelines.
Record production data with high precision and attention to detail.
Keep the work area tidy and well-organized to support efficient operations.

Requirements

Completion of high school or equivalent education.
At least one to two years of background in a welding or manufacturing setting is preferred.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and executing layouts.
Basic familiarity with CNC programming is considered an advantage.
Experience utilizing various precision measuring instruments.
A strong commitment to quality and a dedicated professional work ethic.

Physical Demands

Capacity to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working in a standard industrial manufacturing setting.

Compensation and Perks

Attractive hourly wage of $25.00.
Consistent, full-time working hours.
