Full Job Description

Gensco has an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative - HVAC Supplies to service new and established accounts in our LOCATION Region serving Anchorage, Alaska!

Territory: Greater Anchorage

Summary

Perform a broad range of responsibilities for commercial and residential HVAC supplies sales, Customer development, value engineering support, system design assistance and sales support responsibilities.

Compensation: During initial 3-24 months in position, a salary guarantee of $65,000-$75,000 annually is provided based on work experience. Following this period, compensation transitions to an incentive-based plan with a $1,000 per month salary ($12,000 annually) with uncapped incentive pay, company vehicle (equipped with dashcam technology), gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities

Introducing and selling HVAC supplies to Residential and Commercial Contractors
Targeting potential Customers and developing new accounts
Bidding jobs, producing quotes, processing Customer orders, and providing Customers technical product information
Attend training sessions with Customers and take an active role in helping those Customers execute on resulting action plans
Support Region Credit Manager in dealing with Customer credit and collections issues.

Education/Experience/Skills

Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience preferred
Related industry outside sales experience
High level of proficiency in computer technology including Microsoft Office.
Must be 21 years of age or older with a good driving history. All company vehicles are equipped with dual-facing dashcam technology to ensure safety of our Team and the public.
