Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift & Weekend Supervisor

Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living

Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on day shift. This position includes serving as the Weekend Nursing Supervisor, providing leadership and clinical support to ensure exceptional care for our residents.

Weekend Supervisor Rate: $34.00/hour

Position Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate updates to physicians and family members as appropriate.
Supervise and support nursing assistants and caregiving staff during weekend shifts.
Coordinate resident care while ensuring compliance with state regulations and community policies.
Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Complete accurate documentation and maintain resident health records.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment while promoting exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing.
Previous long-term care, assisted living, or senior living experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
