Data Entry / Administrative Assistant (In-Office)

**The Details**

* **Pay:** $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)

* **Schedule:** 30 hours per week (Set schedule, weekends off!)

* **Environment:** In-office (Quiet, professional workspace)

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

In this role, you will become a key contact person, responding to customer needs, interacting with our partner insurance carriers, and ensuring our agency's data management system is always up-to-date. Your tasks will include:

* Performing data entry, processing client enrollments, and managing policy changes and renewals.

* Checking the accuracy of proposals, ratings, and issued policy documents.

* Communicating regularly and professionally with insurance companies, our sales team, and our clients.

* Staying organized and prioritizing workflow to meet strict deadlines.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

* Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), Windows, and basic AI tools.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* A positive, friendly outlook and a genuine desire to learn and grow with our team.

* Prior insurance or administrative experience is preferred but not required (we will provide full training!).

* Must be able to pass a standard background check.
