Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office role setting.

Duties:
- Provide support to the office staff
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and inquiring regarding customers needs
- Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with billing, estimates and processing of payments
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Sage Contoarctor 100 and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in an office assisant role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
