Full Job Description

Job Overview

Premium Painting is a growing residential painting company serving Snohomish County and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-end interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, carpentry, drywall repair, and home improvement services.

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help support our daily operations and continue building a well-organized company.

This is much more than an office position. You'll work directly with the owner, help manage projects, support customers, organize company systems, assist with marketing, and help improve the way our business operates.

If you enjoy organization, technology, problem-solving, marketing, and working with people, this could be a great opportunity.

ResponsibilitiesOperations

Manage and update DripJobs CRM.
Organize project files and Google Drive.
Track project progress and maintain organized documentation.
Coordinate schedules between customers, field crews, and the owner.
Help organize company systems and workflows.

Customer Service

Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
Schedule estimates and appointments.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Request Google reviews after project completion.
Help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Administration

Organize receipts, expenses, and project documentation.
Track employee timesheets.
Assist with estimates, proposals, and invoices.
Maintain organized digital company records.

Marketing & Social Media

Organize project photos and videos.
Assist with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
Help coordinate content creation and posting.
Maintain organized marketing files.
Occasionally assist with creating simple marketing content.

Business Growth

Help improve company systems and procedures.
Create checklists and workflows.
Assist with hiring and recruiting.
Support special projects as the company continues to grow.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

Able to manage multiple tasks
Willing to learn new software and systems
Interested in helping build a growing company

Experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, and organization are more important.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Workspace or Microsoft Office experience
Comfortable learning new software
Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
English required
Spanish is a plus
