Job Summary

Licensed Esthetician – Ora Sempre Spa

Ora Sempre Spa is looking for a professional, responsible, and passionate licensed esthetician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable about skincare, enjoys working with clients, and is committed to providing high-quality treatments and an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

Provide different facial and skincare treatments, such as Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Clarifying Facials, Radiofrequency (RF), and LED Light Therapy, and more
Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and services based on individual skin concerns and goals
Educate clients on skincare and proper at-home care
Recommend professional skincare products based on clients' skin types and concerns
Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and professional treatment environment
Build positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Continue developing knowledge of skincare products, treatments, techniques, and industry trends

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Massachusetts Esthetician License
Experience performing professional facial and skincare treatments
Strong knowledge of skincare, products, ingredients, and treatment recommendations
Comfortable recommending and educating clients on products, services, and treatment plans
Professional, dependable, responsible, and friendly
Passionate about skincare and helping clients achieve their skin goals
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the spa
