Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create a positive experience for every client. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and sales skills. You will handle inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. If you thrive on helping others and possess strong communication skills, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat platforms
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette
Maintain accurate data entry records
Support office management tasks like filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and scheduling appointments
Provide administrative support including organizing files, and supporting team members with clerical duties

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service and sales roles.
Currently have a Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry, and productivity software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
