Ready to drive procurement excellence and real cost impact? We're looking for a Direct Procurement Sourcing Management Specialist to optimize our sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable value across the business.

What will you do?

Optimize direct procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and maintain high-quality standards
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and drive performance
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic purchasing initiatives that deliver measurable results
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies

Required skills:

Procurement Strategy — intermediate level; developing sourcing plans that align with business objectives
Supplier Management — intermediate level; building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships
Contract Management — intermediate level; negotiating and managing agreements to protect business interests
Procurement Negotiations — intermediate level; securing favorable terms while maintaining supplier relationships
Cost Analysis — intermediate level; identifying savings opportunities through detailed spend analysis

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
