We are seeking a friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing appointments
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
Maintain patient records and update information as needed
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Maintain tidy and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Previous experience in an office or front desk role preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and dental software (experience with Eaglesoft is a plus)
Knowledge of dental office procedures and terms is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
