Administrative Assistant

HD Roofing and Construction is looking to hire an organized and motivated individual with administrative experience to join our team. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and employees in a friendly manner
Professionally answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
Track residential and commercial leads through all project stages.
Manage spreadsheets/documents for multi office use
Coordinate residential roof replacements; schedule jobs, order materials, notify customers and employees.
Keep project information updated in CRM program
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry and utilization of CRM program, Google Suite, Adobe and QuickBooks
Communicate daily with the Office Manager regarding job updates, payments, and other office needs.
Send job completion notifications to customers and other essential parties.
Submit warranty information
Assist with general office duties as needed; purchasing and restocking various office items, daily general cleanup, office upkeep.

Skills:

Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
Knowledge with computers, email, Adobe, QuickBooks and CRM programs
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Strong customer service and people skills
Strong calendar management and scheduling skills

Schedule:

Full-time: hourly pay
Hours: 40 per week (Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5pm)
Location: 4 Hart Lane Conway, AR 72032 (Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work); on site only, not remote.
1+ year experience in an administrative or customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
