Responsibilities

Engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide comprehensive customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity
Maintain accurate data entry in customer databases using Microsoft Office tools and other software systems
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction
Assist with client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order entries efficiently
Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify opportunities for service improvement
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless call center operations and deliver consistent service excellence

Experience

Prior call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices is beneficial
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures in a fast-paced environment
