Join the American Sheet Metal Team! Office & Warehouse Assistant Part-Time with Opportunity to Become Full-Time Based on Workload

Are you someone who enjoys staying busy, helping people, and working in a variety of tasks throughout the day? American Sheet Metal is looking for a dependable, positive, and organized Office & Warehouse Assistant to become an important part of our growing team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment as our workload and business continue to grow. If you're looking for a stable company that values hardworking employees and teamwork, we'd love to meet you.

Pay Range

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same! This position provides support to both our office staff and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and assisting customers professionally
Greeting customers and vendors
Data entry and maintaining customer records
Filing, scanning, and general office organization
Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks
Receiving deliveries and organizing warehouse inventory
Preparing materials for installation and service crews
Keeping the office and warehouse clean and organized
Supporting the team wherever needed

Previous office, customer service, warehouse, or construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Physical Requirements

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day
