Full Job Description

Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in a psychology, social work, sociology, or other human services field and 1 year of experience working with persons with mental illness. Must be certified with Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation as a LMHP type- (LCSW/LPC). Position also requires successful completion of criminal history check and central registry check, and ability to be certified in CPR and First Aid and TOVA. A valid Virginia Driver’s License and good driving record are also requirements for employment.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely completion of all required clinical documentation.
Collaborate with QMHPs and clients to develop and update individualized service plans.
Implement techniques, interventions, and strategies to strengthen clients’ life skills, social skills, and behaviors.
Maintain up-to-date certifications in CPR, First Aid, and TOVA.
Participate in supervision sessions with QMHPs as required.
Attend all scheduled meetings.
Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards.
Coordinate current and future wraparound services for clients.
Uphold client confidentiality at all times.
Provide timely reports to the Clinical Director/CEO as needed.
Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and promote self-sufficiency.
Offer skill-building training and assist clients in accessing community resources.
Perform additional duties as needed for business improvement.
Maintain a GPS-enabled device (required).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
