Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and supporting the clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Prior experience in a medical or dental office is highly preferred.

This is NOT a treatment administration position. You will not be performing any services or treatments on any clients.

Duties

Answering phone calls, responding to emails, text messages, leads and social media inquiries
Assist with patient scheduling and coordination
Checking-in and out patients (before/after photos, consent paperwork etc.)
Preparation and cleanup of treatment rooms
Collect vital signs as needed
Assist with patient intake paperwork and questionnaire
Maintaining electronic EMR (patient demographics)
Product sales
Patient education
Receive deliveries
Inventory Maintenance (stock, re-stock and count)
Attend company meetings & trainings
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum High School diploma; College degree or MA/CNA certification preferred
1 year of experience in customer service, 2 years preferred
1 year of experience in office administration, 2 years preferred
