Meneses Law is an accomplished Immigration law firm with an outstanding track record of providing immigration services with the highest professional standards to our clients. We work with thousands of clients across the United States on Adjustment of Status, Visas, Petitions, Labor About Certifications, Citizenships, Deportations, Waivers, DACA Renewals, and Asylum matters.

Job Summary:

Meneses Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives. They will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with thecompany'sobjectives.
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, trainingand development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
Foster a positive workenvironment andpromote employee engagement and morale.
Manage employee relations issues andresolve conflictsin a fair and consistent manner.
Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
Oversee the design andadministrationof employee compensation andbenefitprograms.
Ensure compliance with allapplicableemployment laws and regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff, fostering their professional developmentand growth.
Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information.
Promote a culture that is conducive to effective relationships among diversestaff members
Perform any other tasks or functionsdeemednecessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
Proventrackrecordofdeveloping and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and independent with the ability to takeinitiative. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention todetail withthe proven ability to meet deadlines.
Advanced with technology and abilityto learnabout our software systems including applicant-tracking software.
Excellent understandingof HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation).
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to thrive in afastpaced, collaborative environment.
Understanding and adhering to KPI’s and metrics.
Able to type 45 WPMor more.

Education and Experience:

ABachelor's degree in Human Resourcesa related field isrequired; aMaster'sdegree or PHR/SHRM certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
8+ years managing all functions of HR.

Physical Demands:

This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computermonitorfor extended periods of time.
Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
The ability to move and lift items up to10 pounds.
