Our Standard
Fire apparatus are not ordinary commercial vehicles. Our customers rely on these vehicles during emergencies where reliability and safety are critical. The technician must verify the repair, identify related safety concerns, properly document the work, and ensure the apparatus is ready for final quality control.
Our goal is to repair the apparatus correctly, safely, and efficiently and return a dependable emergency vehicle to the customer.
