Full Job Description

BASEco is currently seeking a Part Time Office Manager (30 hours/week) to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The purpose of this role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office Manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling jobs and appointments, managing company calendar, accepting payments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office Manager should have experience with a variety of office software (Gmail, Google office suite, Microsoft office suite, Quickbooks Online, Salesforce) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact in receiving inquires and customers.
Schedule meetings, jobs and appointments
Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
Manage company calendar
Provide accurate records and data input
Provide general support to visitors
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

Qualifications

High experience and confidence in technology. Can you effectively navigate through various applications and programs on the computer, including Quickbooks, Spreadsheets, Salesforce?
High confidence and attention to detail (meaning you generally make very few mistakes)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Great communication skills
Quickbooks Experience
WordPress and Salesforce knowledge a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
