About Trawick Homes

Trawick Homes is a residential construction company dedicated to building high-quality new homes with exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. We take pride in creating homes that families will enjoy for generations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all phases of residential home construction. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Trawick Homes' quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
Communicate project updates with homeowners, company leadership, and trade partners.
Resolve construction issues quickly and efficiently.
Review plans, specifications, and change orders.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and company standards.
Schedule inspections and coordinate project milestones through completion.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Experience managing residential construction projects preferred.
Knowledge of residential building practices, materials, and construction methods.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
