E-Commerce Specialist

McLaren Industries | Jacksonville, FL

McLaren Industries is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales presence. We are looking for someone with proven e-commerce experience who can hit the ground running, take initiative, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate measurable results.

About McLaren Industries:

McLaren Industries is a privately owned U.S. company founded in 1997. For nearly three decades, McLaren has grown into a leading manufacturer and distributor of OEM and aftermarket rubber tracks, solid cushion tires, over-the-tire tracks, and attachments for construction, agricultural, forestry, and industrial equipment.

About the Role:

The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and strengthen McLaren's presence across our website, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.

This is a performance-driven role. We need someone who understands how to create and optimize product listings, improve online visibility, monitor results, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and sales.

The right candidate will be self-driven and able to work independently while also being collaborative, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, McLaren's website, and other online marketplaces.
Create and update product listings, including pricing, descriptions, specifications, availability, photos, and other product information.
Take and edit product photos and videos for websites, marketplaces, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Create, post, update, and refresh online advertisements and promotional content.
Ensure product information, images, pricing, and branding remain accurate and consistent across platforms.
Improve product visibility through keywords, search optimization, product categorization, and effective online presentation.
Monitor e-commerce performance and identify which products, listings, advertisements, and platforms are generating results.
Assist with online customer inquiries and direct leads or sales opportunities to the appropriate team member.
Research new marketplaces, platforms, tools, and opportunities to expand McLaren's online presence and generate additional sales.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure online content supports current products, promotions, inventory, and business priorities.
Take ownership of continuously improving McLaren's e-commerce presence and performance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven e-commerce experience with demonstrated performance and results.
Experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, or similar online sales platforms.
Ability to provide examples of how your work has improved traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, or sales.
Strong sales and customer-service mindset.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to contribute quickly.
Collaborative, team-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with product photography/video and online advertising.
Knowledge of keywords, search optimization, and digital marketing.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and comfortable learning new technology and platforms.
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
