Full Job Description

Position Overview

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will oversee and manage the Contents, Mitigation, Client Success Team, Project Success Team, and Emergency Response Team divisions directly, while Co-Managing Sales and supporting production operations as the interim General Manager of production (a role assignment that may continue to be integrated with the COO office indefinitely, if necessary) and the further support development of the DEMO & Restoration divisions, as well as any future divisions that may be developed.

This role requires strategic leadership in all operations and is integral in ensuring that all departments align with PNWR’s mission, vision, and core values. As COO you will be directly involved in sales, business infrastructure development, leadership and management team development and co-visionary development guiding the direction of PNWR Companies side by side with PNW’s CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Systems, Processes, and Quality Control:

· Lead the development and implementation of systems, processes, SOPs, and workflows.

· Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

· Oversee quality control, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Unit Development:

· Direct the Contents, Mitigation, Support Teams, and Emergency Response Team divisions.

· Support the development and leadership of the Demolition division.

· Assist in the system and departmental development of the Restoration division acting as the General Manager overseeing Production’s success.

· Identify new business opportunities by expanding the PNWR Companies and PNWR Companies brand.

Brand Development:

· Chair the PNWR Companies Brand Development Committee to ensure cohesive and strategic brand initiatives.

· Develop each PNWR Company brand with a cohesive vision under the PNWR brand identity

· Create individualized brand identities to support future separated or à la cart sales endeavors

Sales and Field Operations:

· Co-head sales operations include field ops, pipeline management, coaching, and training, along with our CEO. Managing PNWR’s Sales Manager and sales teams.

· Support all in field operations resources suite development and process improvement

Marketing:

· Lead marketing efforts including route marketing, networking, events, SEO, print and collateral, and advertising

· Lay the groundwork for future marketing department development

· Create a comprehensive brand guide for:

· The united PNWR brand

o Restoration

o Demolition

o Mitigation

o Contents

o PNW Emergency Response Team

o + any new and emerging brand identities, subsidiaries, or partnerships

· Consign, manage and work with in-house and out-of-house marketing partners

Training Department:

· Develop and head the training department to ensure consistent and high-quality training programs for all employees.

· Continuous role training into all systems

Culture and Employee Development:

· Foster a positive company culture and focus on employee development and retention.

· Co-lead HR services, in conjunction with other leadership and Executive Team members, until PNWR’s need based expansion requires a more official HR resource

Risk Management:

· Co-chair the Risk Management Committee to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

Regulatory Compliance:

· Participate as a member of the Regulatory Compliance Committee to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements across all brands.

Finance:

· Support the financial initiatives of the Finance department in accordance with common and best practices

· Participate in budgetary compliance oversight with the Executive Team, Leadership Team, and all Management Teams

Compensation & Benefits

Salary – competitive base pay + sales commissions + performance bonuses

Additional performance bonus of 0.5% of gross sales

In addition:

0.5% commission on all individual sales in Restoration &/or Contents, inclusive of new business closed with the use of PNWR's appointment setters
0.25% on new business sales support closes or when stepping in to directly retain or close new business in Restoration &/or Contents
4% of all Mitigation business closed
Opportunities for equity participation based on tenure and performance. To be negotiated and agreed to jointly with CFO & CEO

· Continuous system-wide improvement

2.) Solidifying of the following working teams and divisions:

· Client Success Team & Project Success Team

o Systemization to act as holistic stopgaps in total client experience, from “DOL to 5 Star®” Review

o “Client & Project Success Teams Cover EVERY Gap” in the client experience

· PNW Emergency Response Team development as a brand and workflow

· Contents Managemnt and Leadership teams

o Fix current leadership gaps

o New Lead Manager, in-field service model

§ Integration of Flex-Team, utilizing a scalable staffing model

· Mitigation

o Hire and train 2 new Mitigation Technicians

§ Use repurposed PNWR Companies’ employees to support in field efforts of the Mitigation team

· Production / Restoration

o Total systemization of PM workflow (ongoing effort)

o Creation of PM QC process

3.) Development of a FUNCTIONAL Workflow, Process, and directly integrated (as much as possible) system for ALL PNWR’s key roles

· Business Continuity - “DOL to 5-Star® Review”

o PNW Emergency Response Team - system integrated workflow with SOP

o Sales - system integrated workflow with SOP

o Client Success Team - system integrated workflow with SOP

o Finance - system integrated workflow with SOP
