Position Overview:

SnapCare is partnering with a respected healthcare system in Ketchikan, Alaska to hire Registered Nurses across multiple specialties for permanent, full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care within your specialty area
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
Promote patient safety and quality outcomes

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
BSN preferred
Specialty certification preferred

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse preferred
OR Staff RN experience preferred for Operating Room openings

Required Credentials:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification upon hire
ACLS certification required at hire or transfer (as applicable)
PALS certification required at hire or transfer (as applicable)
