Full Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Shop Assistant to support our screen printing team.

This is a full time position and ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast‑paced shop.

We are looking for a General Production Team Member to join our crew and help us keep quality high and operations moving fast.

Responsibilities:

Assist press operators with setting up and tearing down jobs
Mix inks and prepare screens for printing
Help with screen burning, reclaiming, and cleaning
Register jobs and ensure accuracy in setup
Maintain a clean, organized production area
Support day‑to‑day workflow and help wherever needed

Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new machines, techniques, and processes.
Adaptability - production changes daily, and you’ll need to shift with it.

* Are you available to work full-time on-site, Monday–Friday, during normal production hours (e.g., 9am–5pm)? Are you willing to occasionally work overtime or weekends during busy production periods?
