About Us We are a growing honey packing business based in Parker, CO, specializing in high-quality honey production and custom co-packing for specialized products. We take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and building great relationships with our clients. As our business expands, we are looking for a sharp, organized, and adaptable Client & Production Coordinator to help keep our client projects moving smoothly and our floor operations running efficiently.

Position Overview As our Client & Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting our clients with our production team. You will take the lead on onboarding new clients once sales are closed—managing initial payments, collecting product specs, tracking materials, and working with our Production Lead to get test batches and production runs scheduled.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role based on-site at our Parker facility: when you aren't managing client details at a desk, you will be on the floor providing hands-on support with inventory tracking, shipping prep, and light production tasks.

Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Project Coordination (Approx. 50%) Client Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients following initial sales calls. Send invoices and process payments for prototyping and flow testing.

Information & Spec Gathering: Collect recipes, artwork, packaging requirements, and technical specifications from clients.

Material Tracking: Ensure client-supplied ingredients, labels, and specialty packaging arrive at our facility on time before production begins.

Production Scheduling Support: Collaborate with our Production Lead to schedule flow tests, sample approvals, and final production runs.

Client Communication: Keep clients informed with friendly, proactive status updates from onboarding through finished production.

Operations & Warehouse Support (Approx. 50%) Inventory & Systems: Help maintain accurate raw material and finished goods counts in our inventory software (Fishbowl).

Shipping Support: Assist our Warehouse Lead with order assembly, label application, packaging, and parcel prep during high-volume shipping days.

Production & Floor Backup: Step onto the production floor to assist with light packaging, packet cleaning, batch prep, and general workspace resetting/cleaning as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Organized & Detail-Driven: You love lists, tracking sheets, clear processes, and making sure no small detail falls through the cracks.

Great Communicator: Professional, warm, and clear via email and telephone with clients.

Adaptable & Team-Oriented: You thrive in an environment where your day offers variety—equally comfortable typing emails at a desk or helping box products on the warehouse floor.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software systems (experience with inventory management tools like Fishbowl, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a plus).

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during floor support shifts and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally. Schedule & Benefits Schedule:
