Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: 2030 Ader Road, Jeannette, PA 15644
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing finance team. Whether you're an experienced professional or a recent graduate looking to start your career, we'd love to hear from you!

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience in a supportive organization that values teamwork, accuracy, and professional development.

What You'll Do

Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Review and code invoices for proper account allocation
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoices and payment status
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing questions
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Support additional accounting and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Prior accounts payable or bookkeeping experience is a plus
QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
Payroll knowledge is helpful, but not necessary
Strong customer service and phone communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
