What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced Long-Term Care RNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Montana
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff while promoting teamwork and quality care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Respond to changes in resident condition and medical emergencies with sound clinical judgment.
Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident progress in the electronic medical record.
Educate residents and families while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
