Job Overview
As an Event Coordinator Assistant, you will play a vital role in bringing events to life! You’ll work closely with the event planning team to ensure that every detail is meticulously organized and executed. From coordinating logistics to managing vendor relationships, your contributions will help create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. What you’ll do

Assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring all aspects are covered from start to finish.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively.
Support marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels, including social media and email campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event process.
Manage event logistics, including catering arrangements, seating plans, and equipment rentals.
Help coordinate fundraising activities and guest services to enhance attendee experiences.
Maintain organized records of event details, contracts, and communications for future reference.
Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.

Basic qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in banquet services or guest services is a plus.
