Audi West Palm Beach has an immediate opportunity for a Part Time Accounting Clerk/Document Scanner. Must have excellent communication skills, Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) , the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Must be able to coordinate and effectively communicate information to Office Manager and Controller and other associates.
Must be able to communicate via email.
Must be detail orientated and accurate with data entry, filing, etc.
Must be properly groomed, professional in presentation and in compliance with Dealership dress code.
Hours of work are part time (24 hours a week) during operational hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Job requires standing & squatting to pull, file, and scan documents.
Job will entail some sitting at a desk.
May need to lift up to 15lbs.
Data entry in CDK/Excel
Assist Controller and Office Manager with administrative needs
Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
