Full Job Description

We need help with a Quickbooks Desktop Project this weekend - Saturday Aug 1st 8a to 12p and Sunday Aug 2nd 12p to 4p. We need data entry for the past quarter from bank statements of deposits & withdrawals into QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP - already set up. No reconciliation needed. Work is on site and we will provide orientation to our system.

Duties:

Enter data into Quickbooks with efficiency and accuracy
Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Qualifications:

Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop - We will train on ours - which is already set up and operating
Ability to collaborate with supervisor and communicate in writing
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Reliable attendance is necessary
Background check required
