Job Title: Estimator – Inside Sales Associate

Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator – Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in processing requests for quotes (RFQs) accurately and efficiently, helping to convert prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with purchasing agents, designers, and other departments to ensure a seamless transition from sale to production.
Review designer specifications meticulously to extract relevant information for preparing quotes and making necessary revisions.
Perform size takeoffs from customer drawings and blueprints (experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate).
Create and submit material samples as required.
Compile and send formal sales quotes to the manager for quality control review.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist Sales Representatives in maintaining positive relationships, ensuring accuracy to assist them in closing to sale.
Coordinate effectively between the Sales Department and other sales-related entities.
Deliver exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel are required.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Dependent on experience $55,000-$70,000
