STNA/CNA Contractor – Liberty Township (45011)

Location: Liberty Township, OH
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) – FT

Position Overview:

We are seeking a STNA/CNA for day, evening, or weekend full-time schedules to provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll follow an established care plan while helping clients maintain their dignity and independence. You’ll also have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with those you serve.

What You'll Do:

Assist clients with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
Support light housekeeping and meal preparation to ensure a comfortable home environment.
Provide companionship and engagement through activities like puzzles, games, outdoor time, and conversation.
Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation of services provided.

What We’re Looking For:

Certified STNA/CNA in Ohio preferred.
At least one year of experience providing in-home care.
A genuine passion for helping others and a patient, kind-hearted approach to caregiving.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes in the Liberty Township area.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
