Full Job Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Job Overview
We are seeking a warm, friendly, organized, and responsible person to join our team to work with patients at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a caring clinic environment. The ideal candidate will support provider recommendations to help patients build health and enjoy building the appointment schedule to help more people. This role requires strong communication skills, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the front desk.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our EHR system.
Building the schedule through new patient leads, inquiries, and reactivating previous patients supporting their understanding of how we may be able to help them and how our process of building health works.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
Maintain patient records by filing electronic documents accurately and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Create and process invoices
Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean reception area.
Collaborate with staff and manager to ensure a smooth workflow within the clinic.

Requirements

Previous experience as receptionist, customer service or similar front desk role is preferred.
Experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
Proficiency in using EMR/EHR management systems.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing files and records.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous but not required.
