We’re a well-established, multi-doctor optometry practice in Ventura dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and creating an outstanding patient experience. We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and dependable Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Your Role

As our Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming environment for our patients. You’ll be the hub of communication between patients, doctors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Collect co-pays, payments, and balances; process transactions accurately
Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate front desk flow to support clinical staff
Handle patient questions with confidence and care
Assist with light administrative duties as needed

Schedule

Mon / Wed / Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tues / Thurs: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
1 Saturday per Month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
