Full Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Quality, Safety & Warranty Manager to lead critical programs that ensure our buildings meet the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and code compliance. This role supports a fast-paced construction manufacturing environment where modular/off-site building practices, field coordination, and customer satisfaction are essential.

You’ll oversee quality assurance, plant safety, and warranty service operations while working closely with production teams, inspectors, dealers, and subcontractors. If you thrive in a hands-on construction setting and enjoy building strong teams and processes, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll DoQuality

· Maintain and enforce construction-grade product standards.

· Inspect materials, assemblies, and workmanship for compliance with codes and engineered drawings.

· Train and mentor Production Leads on quality expectations.

· Build strong relationships with state and third-party inspectors.

· Manage state manuals, insignia ordering, application, and reporting.

· Identify ship-loose, pack-out, and field-completion materials.

· Supervise the Quality Control/Transportation Supervisor.

Warranty

· Enforce warranty standards and ensure timely, professional service.

· Coordinate Service Technicians and subcontractors for repairs.

· Maintain strong relationships with dealers and site personnel.

· Track service issues and communicate trends to production for improvement.

· Manage all warranty documentation, expenses, and service vehicle records.

· Lead service solutions meetings and maintain subcontractor lists.

Safety

· Promote a strong safety culture across the plant.

· Develop and support safety training programs.

· Oversee OSHA, EPA, and workers’ compensation compliance and reporting.

· Supervise the Safety Coordinator.

Leadership & Administration

· Support team-building and a positive work environment.

· Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in construction manufacturing, modular/off-site construction, or building-related production.

· Strong understanding of building codes, inspection processes, and construction quality standards.

· Leadership experience managing quality, safety, or warranty teams.

· Ability to read engineered drawings and interpret state manuals.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong organization, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
