Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This part-time role plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee administration, reporting, and HR support services that contribute to a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build HR experience while working a consistent daytime schedule.
Location: Easton, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30 hours/week)
Department: Human Resources

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the welcoming face of our corporate office by greeting employees and visitors at the front desk.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate and book employee travel arrangements.
Assist the HR team with entering, updating, and maintaining employee information in HR systems and databases.
Compile, prepare, and distribute HR reports.
Provide administrative support to HR leadership and team members as needed.
Support HR programs, projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
Partner with managers and cross-functional teams on employee-related initiatives.
Assist with special projects and departmental priorities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems.
A positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of HR and administrative functions.
Previous office, administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Human Resources experience.
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, or employee records administration.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce.
Some college coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology.
