Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Operations Management team of our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established, respected company and play a key role in supporting leadership. at

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the Operations Management team, providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Take and accurately transcribe executive dictation provided by phone or in person.
Daily dictation is a critical function of this role.
Typing speed of 70+ words per minute is strongly preferred.
A typing assessment will be given prior to interview.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls as appropriate.
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, forms, and correspondence.
Assist with email management and executive communications.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business contacts.
Respond to client inquiries and assist with client requests.
Coordinate priorities and manage deadlines while providing comprehensive administrative support.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support executive leadership with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience.)
Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to take dictation and produce accurate, timely transcriptions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong computer and technology skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience using AI or willingness to learn
