Overview:

Orthopedic Physical Therapist

1:1 Patient Care | No Weekends | $82,000-$88,000 Base + Incentive Pay

Build meaningful patient relationships, practice with clinical autonomy, and follow patients through their full recovery journey.

At Fitness Matters, you will have the time and freedom to provide the kind of care that brought you into physical therapy. Our one-on-one treatment model allows you to stay focused on each patient, adjust their plan as they progress, and see the impact of your work from evaluation through recovery.

Fitness Matters is a PT-owned, PT-led outpatient practice where patients - not productivity quotas - come first. We are looking for an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team and treat a diverse caseload that includes athletes, active adults, post-surgical patients, and individuals working to regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate, you will have the autonomy, mentorship, and support to continue growing while delivering individualized, evidence-based care.

1:1 patient care with the time to treat each patient fully and without distraction
No weekends
Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
$82,000-$88,000 base salary
Dynamic incentive pay model that gives providers greater control over their earning potential and an attainable track to six-figure income
Clinical autonomy without unnecessary red tape or productivity-driven treatment decisions
Collaborative, team-first culture with experienced clinicians who share knowledge and support one another
Continuing education support, including a $750 annual CEU allowance, in-house courses, and monthly learning sessions
Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k)

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs, lifestyle, and goals
Guide patients through each stage of recovery and return to activity
Educate patients and build the confidence they need to actively participate in their care
Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to a positive, supportive practice culture

Qualifications:

Your Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy.
Valid Ohio Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain one).
Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.

Pay Range: USD $82,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
