About Nan Xiang

For nearly 20 years, Nan Xiang has been redefining what Chinese cuisine can be in America. What began as a single restaurant in Flushing, Queens, has grown into one of the country's fastest-growing restaurant brands, recognized for our award-winning soup dumplings, handcrafted dishes, and authentic hospitality.

As we continue expanding nationwide, we're building a marketing team that combines creativity, data, and innovation to introduce more guests to the Nan Xiang experience. If you're excited about building something - not just maintaining it - we'd love to meet you.

Position Summary

As Nan Xiang continues its rapid expansion across the country, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help fuel our next stage of growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will own our digital marketing strategy and be responsible for driving guest acquisition, restaurant traffic, online ordering, loyalty enrollment, and overall business growth.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who enjoys both building strategy and executing it. You'll own the digital customer journey—from discovery through conversion—while managing paid media, SEO, website performance, analytics, and marketing technology to continually improve results.

You'll play a key role in launching new restaurants, supporting national marketing campaigns, and building the digital foundation for one of America's fastest-growing restaurant brands. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to shape our digital strategy, influence business decisions through data, and create marketing programs that help more guests discover and choose Nan Xiang.

Success in this role is measured by one thing: driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

● Own Nan Xiang's digital growth strategy, driving guest acquisition, restaurant traffic, online ordering, loyalty enrollment, and revenue.

● Develop integrated marketing initiatives that support restaurant openings, seasonal campaigns, and local market growth.

● Continuously optimize the digital customer journey to improve awareness, conversion, and business performance.

Performance Marketing

● Own the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of all paid digital marketing campaigns.

● Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize return on marketing investment.

● Analyze campaign performance, test new strategies, and continuously improve acquisition efficiency.

Search & Digital Discovery

● Lead Nan Xiang's SEO and local search strategy to maximize restaurant discoverability.

● Optimize Google Business Profiles, location pages, and local search performance.

● Monitor rankings and search trends to identify opportunities for continued growth.

Restaurant Openings

● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support new restaurant openings and market launches.

● Build localized acquisition plans that drive awareness, traffic, and customer acquisition before, during, and after each grand opening.

Website & Digital Experience

● Own the strategy, performance, and ongoing evolution of Nan Xiang's website.

● Improve user experience, conversion, and digital engagement across all customer touchpoints.

● Lead website enhancements, landing pages, redesigns, and future digital initiatives.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

● Own marketing reporting and analytics across all digital channels.

● Develop executive dashboards and KPIs that measure campaign performance and business impact.

● Translate marketing data into actionable insights that inform strategy and investment decisions.

● Monitor digital performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for optimization.

Marketing Technology & Optimization

● Own the marketing technology that powers measurement, attribution, and digital performance.

● Ensure tracking, analytics, conversion events, and website integrations are accurately implemented and maintained.

● Continuously improve the digital marketing infrastructure to support business growth.

● Evaluate emerging technologies that improve efficiency, reporting, and guest acquisition.

The successful candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They combine analytical thinking with strong execution, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and use data to drive better marketing decisions.

They don't simply manage campaigns - they build scalable marketing systems, improve performance over time, and help more guests discover and choose Nan Xiang.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategy with execution and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.

You should bring:

● 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.

● A proven track record of driving measurable business growth through digital strategies.

● Strong expertise in paid media, search marketing, website optimization, and digital analytics.

● Experience managing websites, including redesigns, migrations, or new website launches.

● Experience managing paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar) and digital analytics tools such as GA4 is required.

● Experience developing reporting frameworks and translating data into actionable business insights.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

● Experience working with cross-functional teams

● Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.

● A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Restaurant, hospitality, retail, franchise, or other multi-location marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
