Job Summary
Looped Sustainability is a fast-growing recycling and upcycling company on a mission to keep all materials—organic and inorganic—out of landfills. We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to support our manufacturing and retail partners and ensure a seamless client experience. In this role, you’ll manage supplier and customer relationships, coordinate material transactions, and keep logistics running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and carriers to solve problems quickly and keep operations on track. If you’re organized, responsive, and passionate about sustainability, we’d love to have you on the team.

This job will be in office at our Springfield, MO office.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support.
Manage client accounts efficiently using Cietrade (recycling management software) and Excel.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling or renewal opportunities aligned with client needs using Google Workspace, Trello, and Hubspot.
Oversee onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and SOWs.
Support logistics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Address client inquiries promptly, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues proactively.
Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in project management and account management and a background in customer service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in sales or customer success roles with a focus on customer retention and growth.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience with or willingness to learn Cietrade.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Apps, and Trello.
Interest or background in logistics is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
