Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator

Queen City Funding | Sarasota, FL

This is for the MLO who is already producing but knows they could be doing more with the right team behind them.

Queen City Funding is looking for established Mortgage Loan Originators with their own book of business who want to focus on what actually makes money: originating.

No babysitting files. No fighting limited product options. No being buried in tasks that pull you away from clients, referral partners, and new business.

If you are funding $7,500,000 or more annually, hold an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license, and generate most of your own business, this opportunity was built for you.

Queen City Funding is based in Sarasota, FL, and this opportunity is ideal for established MLOs throughout Sarasota, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Clearwater, and the greater Tampa Bay market.

You bring the relationships, hustle, client trust, and production mindset. We bring the processors, LOA support, lender access, product depth, leadership, experience, and resources to help you close more loans with less friction.

Queen City Funding has over 150 years of combined mortgage experience across high producing originators, experienced processors, LOAs, and leadership that understands what real producers need.

As a mortgage broker licensed in NY, FL, and TN, we offer access to a full suite of products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Non QM, DSCR, investor loans, and more.
