Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Assistant / Patient Sales Associate to join our team. This role is patient facing by in-clinic appointments, or TeleHealth zoom calls to discuss treatment options, and answer patient questions and concerns; schedule patient treatments, and ensure follow up before and after treatments.

Medical Assistant/Patient Sales Associate Staff members are usually the first and last person to represent NewLife Regenerative Medical Group and therefore have a significant responsibility in creating a great impression and an exceptional experience. Seeking an individual with a strong background in sales within a medical, wellness, medspa, or functional medicine environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients/patients to understand their goals and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Work with third-party marketing companies on current and future advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Educate clients on the benefits of stem cell therapy for all protocols including pain management, anti-aging, COPD, autism, and erectile dysfunction, and others. We offer the widest spectrum of protocols for successful, proven, regenerative treatments.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively engaging with clients/patients, working with our sales, and marketing partners to promote high quality, targeted sales campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with clients/patients, answering all questions and concerns, help lead clients/patients to make decisions that with provide a higher quality of life.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the clinics services, and treatment protocols.
Provide an outstanding client experience through a consultative sales approach.
Assist with scheduling and booking client appointments as needed.
Participate in ongoing training with our partners, and labs.
Understand and be able to communicate our compliance procedures.
Oversee front desk operations, including appointment bookings and client check-ins.
Assist in daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Support the executive management team in staff coordination, training, and operational best practices.
Schedules patient appointments, and confirming set existing appointments. Keep patient appointments on track keeping clinic calendar updated.
Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information in their charts
Protects patients' rights and privacy by maintaining strict confidentiality of personal and financial information in accordance with HIPAA
Collects payments, or assists with 3rd party financing portal applications.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in medical, or direct customer service.
Successful experience in sales, with preferred background in medical, wellness, medspa, or functional medicine.
Experience, or knowledge of social media advertising
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating a positive client experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client questions effectively.
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
Must have superior interpersonal and communication skills in person and on the phone.
Must have a caring attitude and be able to show genuine empathy toward clients/patients.
Must be comfortable and proficient working with electronic medical record systems while scheduling patient appointments and resolving patient concerns
Must have a high attention to detail and accuracy and have superior organizational skills
Must be trustworthy and flexible
