Office Manager – Birmingham Skin & Hair Aesthetics

Birmingham, MI | Full-Time

Birmingham Skin & Hair Aesthetics is seeking an organized, friendly, and motivated Office Manager to keep our busy medical spa running smoothly. You'll be the first impression our patients receive and play a key role in ensuring our daily operations are efficient while providing an exceptional patient experience. Medical spa management experience required,

Responsibilities

Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone/email communications
Oversee billing, payments, and daily financial reconciliation
Maintain inventory of office, medical, and retail supplies
Supervise front desk staff and support provider schedules
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies
Coordinate vendor relationships and place supply orders
Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations
Help maintain a welcoming, professional environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

2+ years of office or practice management experience (medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical office preferred)
Experience with EMR and scheduling software (Aesthetic Record experience is a plus)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
