Overview

Construction Equipment dealer in Ontario is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department team. This role is essential in managing warranty claims and facilitating smooth communication between vendors, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret warranty policies and insurance coverage to determine claim eligibility
Process warranty claims accurately and timely
Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, correspondence, and supporting documentation in organized filing systems
Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with regulatory standards
Support audits by providing accurate documentation related to claims processing and regulatory compliance
Utilize dealer software for data entry, tracking claim statuses, and generating reports to monitor workflow efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in clerical roles involving filing, data entry, or administrative support within auto or equipment dealership preferred
Experience with financial software applications used for claims processing or accounting functions
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
Effective communication skills collaborating across departments.
