Location: Paducah, KY

Position Overview: Blythe CPAs & Advisors is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining client confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Documenting and monitoring financial transactions

· Preparing and filing financial documents

· Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Reconciling accounts

· Processing payroll and tracking payroll data

· Assisting with tax payments and returns

· Processing sales tax returns

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

· Solid grasp of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures, and best practices

· Preferred software experience: QuickBooks Desktop and Online
